A note to our brides, special friends and family

• A pre-wedding day consultation is not necessary although recommended. Usually consisting of 15min. to meet your stylist to share ideas. Full trials for  styling are available at $65.
  Please alow 11/2 hrs. for consultations with full trial.
• We ask that hair be washed the day before the wedding rather then the day of because the hair is usually more manageable this way. If you prefer a wash by us, this is not a problem, although we will need to book an additional shampoo and blow-dry appointment (approx. 1/2 – 1 hr more). If you have short short hair – we prefer to do the shampoo here at Farfalla.
• Those who tend to have dry/flaky scalp and want to take care of this before the wedding, go to menu and click on Professional Advice for a quick remedy that may help with this.
• We highly recommend that you consider completing the looks of your wedding party by having make up application by our trained make up specialists who understand the importance of having wedding photographs that you love. Please arrive with clean and moisturized skin.
• We are committed to having you out of the salon by the time you’ve requested. In order to do this we request that our lovely wedding groups show up at Farfalla together at the time discussed so that we can work on more then one of you at a time (for example, one could be having hair set while the other is having make up completed or hot rollers cooling etc… There will be charges for late arrivals or hair styles will be simplified, this is due to the fact that an entire late wedding party causes us to run behind for the rest of the day which can be very upsetting to our other clients.
• A valid credit card number and a non refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking. 10% admin fee is non refundable and the rest of the deposit is refundable if 7 days  cancellation notice prior to wedding day has been given. Thank you for understanding
• Our wedding groups are welcome to arrive with food and beverages to personalize your experience. There are restaurant and cafe’s next door that can accommodate our guests in this way. There is a beautiful hotel lobby to relax in if there is a larger group wanting to mingle near by.
• Ladies remember to wear a button/zipper front top if you’re going to be having your hair put up.
• Farfalla gift certificates are available for services and/or AVEDA products which make a great addition to any wedding registry.

We’ve just got back to England after a lovely fortnight’s honeymoon in
