A note to our Brides & Special Guests

• A pre-wedding day consultation is not necessary although recommended. Usually consisting of 15min. to meet your stylist ahead of time to share your ideas and details.
• Full trials for hair styling are available at $65 and make -up  $50
  Please alow 11/2 hrs. for consultations with full trial.
• Hair must be dry and clean (preferably washed the day before as the hair is usually more manageable to style and curl).
• If you prefer a wash by us, we will need to book an additional wash & blow-dry appointment.
• Those who tend to have dry/flaky scalp and want to take care of this before the wedding, go to menu and click on Professional Advice for a quick remedy that may help with this.
• We highly recommend that you consider completing the looks of your wedding party by having make up application by our trained make up specialists who understand how to create wedding photographs that a bride and groom will love for years to come. Please arrive with clean and moisturized skin. Drink plenty of water days the day before and morning of the wedding.
• We are committed to having you out of the salon by the time you’ve requested. In order to do this we request that our lovely wedding groups show up at Farfalla together at the time discussed so that we can work on more then one of you at a time (for example, one could be having hair set while the other is having make up completed or hot rollers cooling etc… There will be charges for late arrivals OR hair styles will be simplified, this is due to the fact that an entire late wedding party causes us to run behind for the rest of the day which can be very upsetting to our other guests.
• A valid credit card number and a non refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking. 10% admin fee is non refundable and the rest of the deposit is refundable if 7 days  cancellation notice prior to wedding day has been given. Thank you for understanding
• Feel free to bring food/beverages/music to personalize your experience. We serve Aveda Comforting Tea and Purified water. There is Starbucks next door and a trendy lounge next door as well as a beautiful hotel lobby to relax in while waiting for others.
• Wear button/zipper front tops if  having your hair put up.
• Gift Certificates available for services and AVEDA products (great for a wedding registry).

Hello and thanks to everyone who helped with my hair and makeup for my
wedding on Feb 3rd out in Whistler!!!
We’ve just got back to England after a lovely fortnight’s honeymoon in
